We are very thankful to Wendy Martin in helping us find our new home. My wife and I moved from California to finally, after several years of wanting to see what Texas would offer us, and made the move. With how difficult the real estate market has been to navigate, Wendy was always on it! She checked and double checked everything for us. We had the chance to visit a very good number of properties. To say that Wendy is patient and kind is an understatement. It was such a great pleasure having her as our Realtor, she sure knows her trade. Wendy always took or returned calls and answered every question that we had. I would recommend Wendy as an agent for anyone in their pursuit of their next or new home.

If I could give Wendy 100 stars I would she was above and beyond my expectations. I first got in contact with Wendy probably in November or a little before the holiday season and I reached out to her and let her know that our lease will be up in May but I wanted to look for a home I immediately began to tell her that I was super picky and I knew exactly what I wanted so beware I am Boujee. Wendy didn't even flinch at the idea that I would be hard to deal with in a sense of knowing exactly what I wanted in a rental mind you, she said her foot forward and her amazing attitude to help me find a perfect place despite the crazy market everything we apply to even before seeing it was always always off the market especially the ones we loved but she did not give up and I appreciate her for that. As well as not once did Wendy tell me or make me feel as if I was forced to buy a home or anything in that nature she always was OK what is it that you need and what is it that you want she was very honest if I was skeptical about something she would immediately tell me all right here's my professional opinion and she didn't sway me either way. If you're looking for a cutthroat realtor but also one who is very genuine you need to hire Wendy! She genuinely cares and she genuinely wants you to love with the place you gonna stay in either if it's temporary or permanent.

Not only is she competitive, but she is very quick and professional to take action. Very experienced in both selling homes and helping you buy them. I was very fortunate with Wendy for my transaction.
